Facilitation and Consultancy Training Services (FACTS LIMITED) was officially registered as a Limited Liability Company in 1993.  Its founder and Managing Director Mr. Wilbert Tomlinson was formerly Manager, Human Resource Planning and Development in the Corporate Office of Alcan Jamaica Company, 1989-1996.

Concurrently he held the position of Programme Director for the Caribbean Management Series of Seminars (CMS) and The Caribbean Senior Executive Conference (CSEC) for a period of seven (7) successive years (1989-1995) until its divestment to the Mona Institute of Business, University of the West Indies.

The Programme comprised the Caribbean Senior Executive Conference (CSEC) and the Caribbean Management Series (CMS). During this period of tenure, the Caribbean Management Series was held in Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, as well as the US Virgin Islands.

In 2006, Mr. Tomlinson opted for early retirement and activated FACTS LIMITED
operating with a cadre of highly qualified Trainers and Consultants who have had proven professional success in management, up to and including very senior management.
